Midweek Catch-up group every Wednedsday at the at the Glen Orden Sports Club between 10 am & 2pm, drop in anytime within these hours!
What we do at all our groups is decided by our members, the only real limitation is imagination. We have had guest speakers including Heidi Everrett from the mental health music network, Mayour Kim McAliney, we have been on shopping tours with a nutrionalist (wasn't it an eye opener actually looking at what's in packaged food). Our groups go on various outings throuhgout the year which are decided by the members.
We have art and craft supplies available for use and generally have a good old chat, finding out that you are not alone and yes others are experiencing issues similar to you can be the best therapy!
